Paver pool decks usually fail at the joints and the base. Sand washes out, sections settle around the pool, coping loosens, and the color fades. They're restored, not replaced.
Concrete and cool-deck pool decks fail at the surface. Hairline cracks open up, algae gets into the texture, and the finish wears thin. They're repaired and recoated.

How we restore a paver pool deck
Clean
Surface cleaner at controlled pressure, plus targeted treatment for algae, mildew, rust and leaf tannin. Pool equipment and plants protected first.
Repair
Settled sections around the pool lifted and re-based. Loose coping and step treads re-set. Cracked pavers replaced and matched.
Re-sand
Polymeric sand swept in to full joint depth and activated, so the joints stop washing out every time the pool splashes.
Seal
Sealed with Trident Protects Hurricane CAT 5, a two-part urethane wet-look sealer, with a slip-resistant additive on pool decks as standard.

Can you work on my pool deck without draining the pool?
Yes. We don't need to drain your pool to restore, seal or coat the deck around it.
Will a sealed pool deck be slippery?
We add a slip-resistant additive to sealer on pool decks and wet areas as standard. If you want maximum traction, a natural matte penetrating sealer changes the surface texture very little.
How long before we can swim or walk on it?
It depends on the sealer or coating, the temperature and the humidity. We give you exact walk-on times for your deck before we start.
Do you fix loose pool coping?
Yes — loose coping and step treads are re-set as part of a paver pool deck restoration when they need it.
